How difficult is it to assemble a stand?
The stands are simple to assemble and require only a couple of tools: an adjustable wrench as well as an Electric Ratchet.
A "spotter” is also needed in order to assist in positioning the vertical wall in place.
How many posters can I display at a time?
SOTA stands are reversible (two-sided) and can easily showcase 9 standard posters per side.
For photographs and handbills the number would be far greater.
How are these stands shipped?
SOTA stands are shipped by common carrier; flat and horizontal, padded and shrink-wrapped for maximum protection and most efficient use of dimensional space. Once item(s) have been selected, a freight quote will be issued prior to payment and shipping.
When can I expect my shipment once my order has been placed?
Normal production time is 4 to 6 weeks.
What are the dimensions of the unit once assembled?
What is the best way to mount my posters on these stands?
Slip your posters or photographs into appropriately sized acrylic sleeves and use magnetic tape strips on the back to secure them firmly on the stainless steel surface.
We strongly recommend two ideal products for this purpose (see enclosed link) which have proven to be very successful and affordable in any quantity.

1.Select the appropriate size protective acrylic sleeve.
2. Carefully insert poster or photo into the sleeve.
3. Cut several strips of Magnetic Tape depending on the size and weight of the artwork to be displayed.
4. Peel off the backing of the tape and apply in a balanced fashion. Make sure that you have cut enough support strips to avoid any sliding.
5. You are now ready to position your art onto the SOTA Stands.
